We offer you a special Bokken from Japan (Tozando). A bokken made of Isu wood in the Itto shape (Isu No Ki). Isuwood - also known as Lapacho, is a Japanese hardwood that is only found in the southern Kyushu Islands. In Japan it is very popular in the furniture industry. It impresses with its high stability and breaking strength. The wooden bokuto or practice sword has a flat back and kashira for a simple and practical look.
It is ideal for use in the styles Nihon Kendo no Kata, Aikido Aikiken, Iaido, Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto Ryu, Musō Shinden-ryū, Shinkendo and Sogo Bujutsu, which require an authentic Bokuto style.
