We are very happy to present you the book: Tandoku Renshu Volume 2 by Thorsten Schwarz in our fine Budo literature category. In his second volume Thorsten devotes himself to the Bō, Kama-Yari and Yari. Tandoku Renshu means something like "solo exercise" or "individual training" and supports the warrior in refining his / her skills, which are often seen as a prerequisite in training.
This book is not your typical textbook. Thorsten Schwarz's motivation is to convey incentives, motivation, as well as impressions and ideas. We enjoyed reading it. It opened up a greater understanding of the various Bo Kata Henka, Yari Kata Henka and Furi Kata.
