For your meditation we offer you a special Yogi & Yogini meditation and yoga cushion dedicated to the 7th chakra Sahasrara - throat chakra in the color purple. The crown chakra is open upwards because it connects the human with the divine and the cosmic, the big picture. Through this connection we can attain the highest form of wisdom and knowledge.
The meditation cushion is made of organic cotton. The yoga cushion is filled with 100% natural buckwheat chaff, which ensures an even surface. You can adjust the seat height by removing or adding some filling from the meditation cushion. You can also find a refill bag of buckwheat chaff in our Bokken shop.
