The simple and elegant Japanese Tozando-Iaito Byakko Tenryu convinced us with its quality and balance. It is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Tenryu means heavenly dragon and are very revered in Japan. Dragons are considered generous, benevolent beings to whom wisdom, experience and courage are ascribed.
The tsuba "Shari Kiku" we have selected is a connection between a carriage wheel and a chrysanthemum. The chryanthemum (Kiku) stands for longevity and rejuvenation. It has been the symbol of the imperial family since the Kamakura period.
The Iaito comes with tsuka ito made of black cotton and sago made of black polyester, menuki with a floral motif, fuchi and kashira wickerwork made of copper. The Suguha Hamon creates a beautiful straight line along the entire length of the blade.
The blade is made of a sand-cast and bubble-free zinc / aluminum alloy. With a blade length of 2.40 shaku, the focus is about 15 cm after the tsuba.
