Kujaku is the Japanese name for peacock. In Japan, the peacock symbolizes the goddess of mercy. He stands for compassion and kindness and provides health. The katana blade has a wonderful serrated edge and an incorporated hamon line. The tsuba is intricately and filigree designed.
- Blade in Shinogi-Zukuri style with groove (Bo-Hi), hand forged from 1045 carbon steel.
- The blade is blunt ground with incorporated Hamon line for a particularly authentic look.
- Handle winding of black cotton in the classic Hineri-Maki style.
- On high gloss lacquered scabbard made of wood.
- With long tang, which is fixed with 2 bamboo pins (Mekugi) in the handle. The sword is therefore fully dismountable.
- No plastic is used, only high quality authentic materials are used.
- Blade ferrule (Habaki) and washers (Seppa) are made of brass.
- The traditional handle winding is underlaid with real ray skin.
- All decorative rates (Tsuba, Fuchi, Menuki, Kashira) are made of metal.
