We offer you a special Yogi & Yogini meditation and yoga cushion for your meditation, which is dedicated to the 3rd chakra Anahata - heart chakra in the color green. The heart chakra anahata connects the three lower chakras with the three upper chakras. It is thus the bridge and balance point between body and mind, and between heaven and earth.
The meditation cushion is made of organic cotton. The yoga cushion is filled with 100% natural buckwheat chaff, which ensures an even surface. You can adjust the seat height by removing or adding some filling from the meditation cushion. You can also find a refill bag of buckwheat chaff in our Bokken shop.
