The Hokkido oak survives the wind and snow of the cold north of Akan in Japan and can grow up to 35 meters high. Some of the trees are more than 1,000 years old. A very beautiful and elegant tree with wonderful energy that is perfect for Bokuto in terms of hardness, weight and durability.
