We have made you an Iwama-Ryu-Bokken from one of the most expensive African woods - Wenge. Wenge has a dark and contrasting color and structure. Wenge is a particularly valuable wood with very high strength and density. Its robustness makes it ideal for use in many martial arts. The bokken is used in Aikido, particularly in those dojos that train in the Iwama-Ryu style. It is only slightly curved and slightly longer than a conventional bokken.
