Asayama Ichiden Ryû Taijutsu
As the founder of the Asayama Ichiden Ryû, between 1573 and 1615, Asayama Ichidensai Shigetatsu is named. The martial art teaches, among other things, how to use a stick, sickle, sword and unarmed combat. Originally also espionage (shinobi no jutsu), throwing blades (shuriken), fixing techniques (torite) and poisons (doku-jutsu) should have been included in the teaching program. However, this volume deals exclusively with the Taijutsu techniques of the Asayama Ichiden Ryû.
The individual techniques are implemented as drawings in a tried and tested manner. The book is designed as a ring binding for comfortable use.
