From the unique elastic, medium-heavy and medium-hard wood of the cherry, we have made the cherry Bokken in the Itto-Ryu shape. The Bokken has a heel for a tsuba. You can find the matching tsuba made of buffalo leather in the section: Bokken accessories.
In mythology, the cherry is closely related to the moon. The cherry tree - as a sacred tree - was dedicated to the goddess Artemis. The red fruits are a symbol of love, fertility and passion. The flowers represent purity, innocence, joy and happiness.
