Our traditional zen meditation mat in the color anthracite, also called zabuton, is made of high quality cotton. With a height of approx. 5 cm, the soft meditation mat supports a comfortable and relaxed posture during your meditation. The filling is made of foam and offers you very good seating comfort. The outer cover is easily removable thanks to the zipper.

Please note: Due to different color baths, there will be slight color differences between the meditation mat and the meditation cushion.
Care: You can take off the cover and wash it well in cold to lukewarm water. Shake out your meditation mat regularly and make sure that the mat is not exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time (colors will fade). Your mat should be protected from moisture. Not suitable for washing machines and tumble dryers.
