The meditation cushion is made of organic cotton. The yoga cushion is filled with 100% natural buckwheat chaff, which ensures a regular surface. You can adjust the seat height by removing or adding some filling from the meditation cushion. You can also find a refill bag of buckwheat chaff in our Bokken shop.
