We can highly recommend our camellia oil for the care and protection of your carbon steel katana blade and your wooden weapons. Camellia oil has a low viscosity and penetrates into the smallest of chinks. Camellia oil is a purely vegetable and food-safe oil and is therefore also suitable for cleaning and preserving kitchen knives made of carbon steel and Damascus knives. I use it to clean and preserve my Japanese damask steel kitchen knives.
Camellia oil is a low-viscosity oil that does not harden and is quickly absorbed into the wood and protects against moisture, dirt and UV radiation. It brings out the grain of your wooden weapon wonderfully.
